Redemption Church is a place where our name is our message. We are not a building where good people meet, we are a people that believe Jesus redeems lives, families, and cities for His Glory. No matter what you have been through or what experience you have had we want you to be a part of our family, a family that has been redeemed by the love of God.
When We Gather:
Our Sunday services are an opportunity for people to gather together under one roof—whether it’s your first time or you’ve been coming for years. Our worship gatherings remind us that we can't do life alone.
Where We Grow:
Grow Groups are where you connect with people to grow spiritually as an individual. That’s what grow groups are all about—doing life with the support of people around you. We all have a next step to take, so why not take them together?
How We Live:
We believe God has placed each of us in neighborhoods, jobs and schools to love people. So we live life on mission in our hometown and we go wherever God calls us to redeem people who need the love of Christ.
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal parts of one God.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven and will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation.. The Christian seeks to live under the Spirit’s control each day.
The Bible is God's Word to all men it is without error or fallacy. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.
Man is made in the image of God as the supreme object of God's creation. God designed man to have fellowship with him, but man became alienated from God through sin. We're incapable of living in a right relationship with God through our own efforts.
Men and women were created to exist forever. We believe forever is spent in one of two places, heaven and hell. Hell is a real place, where men and women are eternally separated from God because of sin. Heaven is where Christian spend eternity in perfect union with God because of His forgiveness and salvation. When you die, you will either spend eternity in heaven or hell.
Salvation is God's gift but it has to be accepted. We can never make up for our sin with self-improvement or good works. It is only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness that you can be saved from sin's penalty. e
Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and eternal power of God that gives this security.
